Below you will find an overview of all our classes in the swimming pool.
Read more about the content, level and purpose of each class so you can find the one that suits you best.
There is a surcharge of DKK 25 on top of the entrance fee to join a class. 

This class is a fun and effective workout that will give you stronger muscles, better balance and improved fitness. There will be an increased focus on training the thighs, abdomen, back and pelvic floor.
The training takes place in the diving pool and you will wear a swimming belt to support your back and ensure stability in the water. The training includes various training equipment provided by the instructor.

The class is held Monday and Wednesday 08:00-08:45, Friday 08:10-08:55 and Tuesday and Thursday 17:30-18:15 in our diving pool.

In this class, the pace is fast and the music is good. In this class, you'll work your muscles, cardio and circulation. During the workout, you will use a variety of exercise equipment provided by the instructor. Everyone can do water aerobics, regardless of age and physical fitness.

The class is held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 08:00-08:45 in the family pool and on Mondays at 16:45-17:30 in the 25-meter pool.

In this class, we work with light exercises for the whole body and finish the workout with thorough stretching and relaxation.
We work out in the hot water pool, which helps loosen up any tension in the body and can subsequently create a feeling of greater mobility.

*This type of exercise is especially beneficial if you have arthritis, back or neck problems, and if you have had hip or knee surgery.

The class is held on Mondays at 17:45-18:30 in the hot water pool.

In this class you have the opportunity to exercise your whole body in a way that takes your pregnancy into account. Every body is different, and our instructor will guide you in terms of the load and pace of your particular workout.

Training takes place every Wednesday at 11:35-12:20 on even weeks in the diving pool and on odd weeks in the 25 meter pool. In the diving pool you will be equipped with a swimming belt.

In this class we train strength, balance, mobility and fitness with a special focus on the back. The warm water in the pool can relieve pain and therefore give you a feeling of greater mobility.
We end the workout with stretching and relaxation of the body.

The class is held every Wednesday at 12:30-13:15 in the hot water pool.

This class offers effective training that strengthens your muscles and joints in a gentle way.
AquaPunkt is developed by Gigtforeningen, and aims to:

Increase joint mobility

Give you more energy in everyday life

The class is held every Wednesday at 10.30-11.30 in the 25-meter pool.

This form of yoga is a gentle way to both strengthen and limber up your muscles, joints and tendons. In the class we work with standing yoga poses and mobility exercises.
Throughout the class we focus on deep breathing, which has a calming effect on your nervous system.

The class is held every Wednesday at 18:00-18:45 in the hot water pool.

Mindfulness is all about being in the moment, focusing on your senses and breathing. The warmth and pleasant scents used help you to slow down and relax. This gus is pure pleasure for body and soul.

The class is held every Wednesday from 19:00-19:30 in the large sauna in the wellness area.

This class prepares you to be able to swim in the open air, whether in the fjord or in the open sea.
It is important that you can swim 500 meters of crawl without problems to participate in the class.

The class is held every Friday at 16.00-17.30 in the 25-meter pool.

In this class you will get challenging and time-efficient training to good music. The training consists of a mix of pulse training and circuit training.
You can join the class regardless of your age and physical condition.
There are many good benefits of interval training, including:

gentle on your back and joints
good cardio workout
improves your blood circulation
helps to create better endurance and strength

The class is held every Saturday at 08.15-09.00 in the 25-meter pool.

At the wellness gus, the heat will be turned up in our wellness area with three rounds of saunagus.

To participate, you need a ticket to our wellness area and an additional ticket for DKK 25, which you buy on the day in Café Gigantium.

You must be at least 18 years old to participate. There is room for 50 people at the wellness gus, and places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Guidelines for saunagus:

Please be ready at the sauna five minutes before the start.
Make sure to drink plenty of water before and after the saunagus.
If you are going to the pools afterwards, rinse your body beforehand.
Bring your own towel to sit on in our saunas.

*You should not participate in saunagus if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, heart problems or fragrance and perfume allergies.

We organize wellness gus on Tuesdays from 18:30 to 20:00 and on Thursdays from 17:30 to 19:00.
