Strengthen your body

In this class we train strength, balance, flexibility and cardio with a special focus on the back. The warm water in the pool can relieve pain and can therefore give you a feeling of greater mobility.
We finish the workout with stretching and body relaxation.
The class runs every Wednesday from 12:30-13:15.
