Water yoga

This form of yoga is a gentle way to both strengthen and limber up your muscles, joints and tendons. In the class we work with standing yoga poses and mobility exercises.
Throughout the practice, we focus on deep breathing, which has a calming effect on your nervous system.

The class runs every Wednesday from 18:00-18:45.
